Members of the BoardAlbert Innou Albert Innou brings wide-ranging industry experience spanning over 20 years of telecommunication in Product & Network Management and Business development in over 35 countries and 4 continents, including Americas, EMEA, China and Japon prior to his role of Executive at AIRD Telecom Inc. Albert was in charge of Product Marketing in the Nortel’s Carrier Networks Group, he held also numerous Product Management leadership positions in his 15 years at Nortel Networks. Most notably, he led the Market facing Product Line Management of Nortel’s wireless voice core portfolio for EMEA & ASIA Regions, including OMCs, Network Management Systems, VOIP softswitches, Media Gateways, and IMS products. Prior to Nortel Networks, Albert spent 10 years between Bell Canada and Alcatel Trade International, starting his career with Bell Canada and Bell Canada International as Network Services and Technology Development Director respectively. He was in charge of CO’s Toll Network Services engineering and the development of several network applications such High Performance Routing across Canada and Network Management for Quebec and Ontario regions. Albert worked also for Alcatel France and Alcatel Canada as Project Manager of Trade International’s business unit, he was in charge of Voice Network infrastructures positioning in EMEA and Asia markets as well as Product Management and business development Director of Alcatel Canada. Albert is Council Member of GL Group (Gerson Lehrman Group) (http://www.glgroup.com/) and is Contributor's representative of SCOPE Alliance (http://www.scope-alliance.org/). Albert holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Ecole Polytechnique of Montreal and an MBA from ESCP-EAP European School of Management.
Roger Diogo Founder and Executive Director of entrepreneurial companies in the telecommunications industry (Bell Benin, People Wireless, ESCOM, ...) , Roger was Nortel Business Development and Sales Executive Director leading Africa, Middle East and Far East from 1993 to 2003. Achieving some exciting challenges such as wireless licences (more than 15, including Congo DRC first License in 1997 granted to Congo Wireless Network, now Vodacom Congo over 3 Millions Subscribers), setting up Nortel offices in South Africa, UAE (Dubai), Nairobia (Kenya) and Lagos (Nigeria) and generating more than 100 millions dollars of Revenue per Business /year. Roger has been with Nortel for 16 years, holding a number of management and senior positions, R&D, Operations, Support, Marketing, Strategy and Sales. Before joining Nortel, Roger spent 10 years between Intel Corporation CA USA, Bosch Telecom Germany, Jeumont Schneider and Thomson CSF(Thalès), holding a number of positions including R&D team director, merge and acquisitions staff member, certifications proccess implementations. Member of several economic and social clubs over the world, Roger is electrical engineer ENSAe France, as well physic of components DEA of Paris University and the Executive Leadership Strategy Program of Stanford University, CA.
Pascal Debon Having worked for more than 30 years for major telecommunication equipment manufacturers, Pascal Debon is a seasoned manager with international experience in the telecommunications industry. Over the course of his carreer, he has had various management and executive positions in Europ and North America, beginning with the French company Alcatel, and then Nortel Networks, where he was president of the Network Operators division (fixed, optical and wireless networks), with responsibility for a group of 25,000 employees. Based in Texas and Paris, Mr. Debon holds a degree in Economics from Paris Nanterre and was awarded France's Legion of Honour. |
